The price of the retreat depends on the type of room selected. The prices below are per person<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n For single-person use of a double room, a \u20ac75 supplement<\/strong> applies to the Comfort and Premium room types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The following cancellation fees apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The majority of the costs of the retreat are related to accommodation, bedlinnen, meeting rooms, food and beverages. For these services, we pay an all-inclusive rate to the retreat location, Dopers Duin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There are three types of accommodation available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Simple rooms with two bunk beds and a washbasin, suitable for a maximum of four people. Showers and toilets are located in the shared toilet building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Double room with a basic private bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A more spacious double room with a simple private bathroom and a desk\/seating area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In principle, participants will share a room with one or two other participants, depending on the room type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you would like to share your room with a specific person<\/strong>, please indicate this when replying to the confirmation email you receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you prefer single-person use of a double room<\/strong>, a supplement of \u20ac75<\/strong> applies. If you do not pay this supplement, you agree to share your room with another participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The retreat will be facilitated by Terry M, Donna M and Father John<\/strong>. We will cover the costs of a flight to the Netherlands and their accommodation and other expenses during the retreat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are extremely happy and grateful that they are willing to spend their time and energy with us and share their experience, strength and hope<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Organizing the retreat also involves additional costs, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n These costs are included in the overall budget for the retreat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As this is only the third time we are organizing the retreat, we cannot yet know exactly what the total costs and revenues will be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our budget is based on a minimum of 50 participants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If more participants attend than expected and this results in a surplus, the additional amount will be donated to CA World<\/strong> Convention 2028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the unlikely event that fewer participants attend and the retreat results in a financial loss, we will discuss the situation with the participants during the retreat.
